Area Sales Manager  for high ticket sales UK
Our client is multinational company Responsible for new business development with all the Company’s products in the UK, including servicing and maintaining the previous and potential business with the existing customers in the territory. Within the scope of business, the sale of  technology / machines , material and support contracts are equally important.
Principal Responsibilities:

Generation of Orders for all client technology, equipment, support contracts and material supplies as well as managing relationship with customers in the UKEnsure Order-Entry and Revenue Targets in the territory and with named key-accounts are achieved.Ensure growth of business above market average Act as main interface between client and customers. Participate in client’s Business Planning to represent UK market requirements Cost Management of Sales-Expenses

Job Tasks:
According to client QM-System for marketing process :Making offers to customers for client’s products and services  within the rules set by  QM-System for Order Generation Order GenerationNegotiation of ContractsProduct- and Company PresentationsArrange product testing with prospects prepare offersClose Contracts and final checkingActive follow-up and support incl. recognition and development of new projects within target companiesProvide regular and comprehensive feedback on market trends and competitive actions. Accompany customers and potential customers to headquarters in Germany re: equipment demos etc.Prospecting and targeting for new prospective business and clients with special emphasis on e-manufacturingFeedback of customer’s and prospect’s expectation into the client organisationMonthly Forecast (Order Entry, Revenue) for financial and production planning. Manage customer projects and maintain Project FilesPrepare and participate in 6 monthly international sales meetings and Regional Export meetings.


Educated formally in either mechanical engineering, computer science with focus on C-techniques or similar career

Experience required:

Proven Sales experience of 3 or more years in selling investment goods in the areas of CAD/CAM, Machine Tools or Laser-Technology.Expertise in Selling Rapid Prototyping systems is an advantageSales Experience in the territory mandatoryEfficient in English Language – verbal and writing efficiency to close complex contractsFluency in other languages is an asset
