Our client is a Multinational finite element analysis software manufacturer and as part of their after sales support service to their end-users they provide technical support regarding the engineering use of their FEA software.

Due to an internal transfer, they are now looking for a new FEA specialist to join their business, working in the technical support team and assisting end users with their technical FEA issues and problems.

Job Description

You’ll get to interact with Engineering and Manufacturing businesses across almost every Industry sector. You will assist in FEA work on a huge array of products, parts and materials and have a big variety of constantly changing work each and every week.

Requirements:
* A BEng or BSc degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline
* Daily hands-on experience using a top-end finite element analysis package, such as: ANSYS, NASTRAN or ABAQUS
* A number of years previous experience in an engineering role, honing your FEA skills

Key Skills:
* Technically astute
* Good communication skills
* An experienced user of FEA with high familiarity of common design and production methods across industry.
