Duties will include:

  • Product specification, design & development using 8-, 16- and 32-bit microcontrollers
  • Medium- & high-speed digital and analogue circuit design
  • Design for test & manufacture
  • Design for compliance with EMC standards
  • FPGA design using VHDL
  • Specifying and supporting product design validation programmes
  • Technical documentation & authoring;
  • Design for high reliability applications;
  • Preparation of FMEAs.

Qualifications & Experience: The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills & experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering;
  • 4 to 5 years experience in a similar or more junior role within a product development environment;
  • Experience of Altium Designer, Matlab and Spice-based circuit simulation tools;
  • Working with high voltage systems;
  • Designing for high reliability applications;
  • Good test and analysis skills;
  • Understanding of embedded software;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficiency with standard office tools: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc;
  • A team player with the additional ability to work alone unsupervised;
  • Highly-motivated and capable of working on concurrent activities.

C# Web Developer

Your primary role will be to develop web applications based upon specifications provided by senior developers using an in-house toolkit of ASP.Net controls and code; however there will be opportunities to develop your programming, design and leadership abilities as part of a
constructive and highly-skilled team.

We’re looking for someone with:

* An understanding of how to apply object-oriented principles to code and data
* Experience creating web user controls and an understanding of ASP.Net and the .Net framework in general
* Familiarity with VB.NET, or extensive experience with other .NET languages such as C# and the desire to transfer your skills to a new language
* Ability to produce documented, well structured and maintainable code

• Minimise systems development cost or constraints
• Be a team member for delivering global common systems and Business Intelligence Implementation processes across all sites
• System design, testing and implementation
• Gather and analyse complex business requirements within IT guidelines
• Implement Oracle Embedded Data Warehouse (EDW), Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition Plus (OBIEE) and products in the Oracle 11i application environment
• Write business requirement of user needs required to develop or modify computer systems or programs.
• Work with business partners to identify key technology projects to enhance performance

Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in Oracle Discoverer, Noetix Views, OBIEE infrastructure and application
• Knowledge and/or working experience of Oracle EBS preferable Oracle 11i and R12 is preferred
• Experience working in a Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Retail or Distribution environment is preferred
• Knowledge with various programming tools like SQL, PL/SQL, Toad, SQL PLUS and SQL Navigator
• Knowledge in project management methodologies and good communication skills
