Tech-Hiring Ltd is growing rapidly and looking for Recruitment Intern / Trainee for (IT Division). We are currently seeking applications for 1 intern to work with us in our recruitment agency, for 1-3 months & more. This is an paid / unpaid internship (depends on experience) but offers the chance to gain important experience in an professional environment that offers full training, team support, variety of work & directly working with Directors.

Job Duties

The intern works as a IT Recruitment/HR Administrator and is responsible for the following:

Covering phone: answering the phone of clients & candidates, taking messages etc.

Administration Duties – assisting with petty cash, setting up client accounts, uploading candidate files onto our on-line system.

Recruitment/HR Duties – writing, uploading and updating job adverts, registering candidates, formatting CVs, sourcing CVs and assisting with working on jobs related to IT & Engineering.

Requirements· Excellent Spoken & Written English with good communicational skills

Willingness to learn about Recruitment, client & candidate management, sales, research, Account Management.
Confident on Phone
Ability to work within a team plus an enthusiastic manner
PC Proficient – word, excel, outlook etc.

Responsibility for further developing the company’s use of existing software management tools & recommending updates, integrations and additions with the aim of improving efficiency and smooth transfer of information internally and externally. Existing software tools includes Sage, Alliance MRP, Qpulse, Document Control etc (full training given). The candidate would have a hand’s on web development role concentrating on all aspects of the new website (visual appearance, usability, testing, search engine optimisation, Google Analytics etc).
